The Annual Aramark Cookout is Friday, June19th and RSVPs and the lunch form are due tomorrow, Friday, June 12th.
What to expect:
- For Grade 1 and Grade 2 students (Kindergarten students will have their own special lunch planned - details to come!)
- Parents are asked to be aware of all parking protocols: Additional parking is available in back of the school
- Once you have paid, you will receive a ticket for the picnic. Please bring this ticket with you. You will be checked in at the foyer tables.
- Parents are asked to arrive 15 minutes early and to wait for their child in the cafeteria. Tables will be marked with the names of the teachers. Once you have received your child, you will join him or her in line.
The schedule:
- GRADE 1 - Adults and guests: 11:15-12:15/Students: 11:30-12:15
- GRADE 2 - Adults and guests: 12:15-1:15/Students: 12:30-1:15
Please keep in mind that this will be a student only event in the case of inclement weather.
