Yearbook Orders Due April 3rd

Yearbook orders are now being accepted! The Frenchtown yearbook contains 64 pages of beautiful color photos of students and teachers, including class pictures, special events and more. It's a fabulous keepsake that your kids will cherish for years to come.

Forms will go home in backpacks this week but you can also download one below or order online at ybpay.lifetouch.com using Yearbook ID Code: 9385816. Please reference the form for pricing information.

Rescheduled!

Thanks to Friday and Monday's snow days, we have some new dates to announce:

1. Yearbook Booster forms are now due Friday, February 12th.

2. The 100th Day of School Celebration will be tomorrow, Wednesday, February 10th.

3. The 1st Grade Alphabet Play will be held Thursday, February 25th at 9:15 am.

Snow Day #2

It's another Snow Day which means the Frenchtown calendar and due dates will be adjusted. Please note:

1. There is no play practice today, Monday, February 8th

2. Yearbook Booster forms are now due tomorrow, Tuesday, February 9th

3. The 100th Day of School Celebration will be rescheduled. Date to come.

4. The 1st Grade Alphabet Play will be rescheduled. Date and time to come.

Yearbook Booster Forms Due February 5th

Yearbook Booster forms went out in backpacks and are due back Friday, February 5th. 

The proceeds from the booster sales helps fund the publishing of the yearbook and to keep the sale cost down so please consider buying one to celebrate your child, congratulate a teacher or promote your business!

What is a Yearbook Booster?

A yearbook booster is a space available for purchase in the yearbook and you can use it for wither a personal or business message. Here are some examples of the different sizes and ways to use them:

SINGLE LINE:

SMALL CARD:

BUSINESS CARD or HALF PAGE:

The Yearbook Needs Your Pictues

Yearbook development is now beginning and we need pictures of the following:

    FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

    WELCOME PICNIC

    HALLOWEEN HOWL

We will also accept any pictures you may have of other school events.

We try to place only pictures of Frenchtown Students (no parents, avoid siblings if possible).

As much as we love all of your pictures, we cannot place everything, but we certainly will do our best!

The PTG Needs Your Help

The PTG is looking for help!

Are you interested in science or helping our kids learn about science? Then please consider heading up SCIENCE NIGHT! Along with a committee of helpers, you'll come up with fun activities, lecturers or other ideas for students during our ART & SCIENCE NIGHT on May 12th (the Art Night portion is already being chaired). It won't take a lot of time but will make a big difference to the kids.

We're also looking for help with the YEARBOOK! Second grade parent Cindy Speranza does an amazing job putting it together, and this year she's looking for a few people to help with the booster/advertising side of things:

1. Someone with design or graphics experience who would like to help parents create their booster ads
2. Someone who would like to manage the booster ad orders and work with a team of people to solicit ads from local businesses

We'll also be looking for people to assist in laying out the yearbook pages in the spring.

• 1 Half Page ($100)

Yearbook Orders Due April 2nd

Frenchtown yearbook sales have begun! 

Online orders will not be accepted this year so you must return your order form and a check made payable to Frenchtown PTG no later than April 2nd, but please try to send your orders in ASAP as this gives the yearbook team more time to process the orders.

We CANNOT accept orders past the April 2nd deadline and there is no guarantee that there will be any extra books ordered.

Yearbook Booster forms will be sent home with Frenchtown students on Friday. You're probably wondering what yearbook boosters are so here are the details.

What is a yearbook BOOSTER?

BOOSTERs refer to space that is available for purchase in the yearbook. You can use your space to place a business advertisement or a personal message.

What does BOOSTER money support?

(1)     BOOSTER sales help the PTG offset the cost of yearbook production.

(2)     BOOSTER money supports other PTG programs, such as field trips, assemblies, and school/family events.

What does a typical BOOSTER look like?

         They are unique and can vary. Here are some samples of personal messages:
