The Annual Aramark Cookout is Friday, May 20th and RSVPs and the lunch form are due tomorrow, Monday, May 16th.
What to expect:
- For Full-Day K, Grade 1 and Grade 2 students (AM & PM Kindergarten students will have their own special lunch planned - details to come!)
- Parents are asked to be aware of all parking protocols: Additional parking is available in back of the school
- Parents will check in at tables in the foyer and then meet their child at the designated tables in the cafeteria. Please arrive 10 minutes early for check in.
- You will be eating outside so please bring a blanket or sheet to sit on.
- Please notify the office to request a scholarship for parents to attend.
- Make checks payable to Aramark.
The schedule:
- FULL-DAY K: 11:00-11:30 - Lunch / 11:30-12:00 Recess on K playground
- GRADE 1: 11:30-12:15 - Lunch followed by recess
- GRADE 2: 12:30-1:15 - ALunch followed by recess
